Wes is a Teen Pioneer from Griffin Rock. He's a big fan of the Rescue Bot recruits, especially Wedge, whom he idolizes. He wins an emergency response competition, and as a reward, he spends a day with the recruits. He later comes back in Season 2,where he passed his exam to become a first responder.
