The Vacuum Accelerator accelerates natural sub-molecular oscillation, allowing physical objects to break free of ordinary spacial restraints and redirecting their sub-atomic structure to alternate locations. In other words, it's a teleporter. It is operated using a remote control, however its erratic nature leaves a lot to be desired. It has a reset button that doesn't work.
