
Steven Jay Blum (born in Santa Monica, California, on April 28, 1960) is an American voice actor. Some of his best known roles include Jamie from Megas XLR, TOM of Toonami fame, Wolverine in nearly all Marvel and X-Men media since the mid-2000s, Killer Croc from the Batman: Arkham series, Duke, Roadblock and Zartan from G.I. Joe: Resolute, and the current voice of Sub-Zero in the Mortal Kombat franchise.
In regards to dubbing anime, he's well known in those circles as well, having been Spike Spiegel from Cowboy Bebop, Roger Smith from The Big O, Jake Martinez from Tiger and Bunny, a large amount of Digimon characters, Leeron from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, and Orochimaru from Naruto.
Clearly, he's a very busy man! Even Peter Cullen has described him as a "Beast" when it comes to voice acting.
