- When Whirl notes that the satellite is crashing in the desert near Milford, the map shows it coming down in the southeast United States, rather far away from Maine where Griffin Rock is located and Milford had been presumed to be.
- Some of the Cybertronian text on the Dig Fest commercial reads "CRUSHER" and "WAR ZONE".
