Citadel Secondus is a Titan who colonized a planet during the Golden Age. He appears in Rescue Bots Academy. He was the one who sent the distress signal. After feeling lonely again,he sent out Wedge to pass time with him in his city form,which would later reminds Wedge on how important friends are. As of the last episode of the series,Citadel Secondus became a new addition of the Academy.
